Welcome to Sousvo. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and shopping services for clothing and fashion products with home delivery. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Sousvo

Sousvo is an online fashion store offering clothing and related products for men, women, and other categories, with delivery service to customers. Product availability, prices, and delivery areas may change from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these terms.

3. Products & Sizes

• We try to display garments accurately (colors, photos, and descriptions). Slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing batches.
• Please review size charts and product details before ordering. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size unless a sizing error is clearly ours.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders when necessary (stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse).

4. Prices & Payment

• Prices shown at checkout are the amounts payable, including applicable taxes if displayed, unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be completed using the methods available in the app or website.
• If a price or stock error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.

5. Orders

• An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation through the app, SMS, or email.
• We may contact you to verify order or delivery details before processing.
• You agree that the delivery address and phone number provided are correct and reachable.

6. Delivery

• We deliver clothing orders to customers within our available delivery coverage areas.
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to stock, location, weather, traffic, or courier capacity.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provided, or upon collection if you choose pickup where available.
• If delivery fails because the address/phone is incorrect or no one is available after reasonable attempts, extra delivery fees may apply for a re-attempt, or the order may be cancelled according to our policy.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Eligible clothing items may be returned or exchanged within the period and conditions stated in our return/refund policy (or as shown on the product/order page).
• Items should be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags/packaging unless they arrived defective.
• Underwear, swimwear, and certain hygienic or final-sale items may be non-returnable unless faulty.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or store wallet where applicable, within a reasonable time after inspection.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel an order only while it is still pending/processing and before shipment, subject to the cancellation options shown in the app. Once out for delivery or delivered, standard return rules apply.

9. Promotions

Coupons, discounts, and campaigns are subject to their own rules, validity dates, and eligibility limits. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, post harmful content, or use Sousvo for unlawful purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All Sousvo branding, app content, product images, and materials remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sousvo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, third-party courier issues, or misuse of products. Our total liability related to an order is generally limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sousvo after updates means you accept the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available in the app and on our website.
